Let’s discover and utilize the full value of our Olympic-level athletes. Their focus and determination leads to achievements that represent the American Work Ethic, ordinary people creating extraordinary results.

Our athletes continually struggle against challenges during their quest for the Gold. Aside from the costs and logistics of training, they must also work through challenges of family obligations and health, income and education. Then, there are incidental issues of sports politics and yes, covid-19.

While many Americans, along with the rest of the world, was caught in coves-19 stasis, Olympic-level athletes have established new records in the current trials.

These athletes are not satisfied with simply waiting and coping but, to adapt and overcome, in their continual quest for success. They truly represent the American Dream. These Olympic level athletes are in the position to provide our young men and women inspirational success stories, despite (because) the challenges. They become better as they confront and overcome their challenges.

Our businesses, focused on post covid-19 growth, can also learn from our American Way athletes’ persistence and ingenuity as inspirational avatars for our business peers and workers.
